Thread N' Sole Online Sneaker Shop - Extremely Unprofessional!

I cannot express how infuriated I am with Thread N' Sole! I ordered a pair of sneakers that I was really excited about, and what did I get? The completely wrong pair! It’s as if they deliberately ignored my order just to mess with me.

I’ve tried to reach out multiple times—messages, emails, you name it—but it’s like I’m talking to a brick wall. No acknowledgment, no apologies, nothing! It’s been over 4 weeks, and I'm still waiting for some sort of response. How is that acceptable for a business? This is beyond unprofessional; it’s downright disrespectful!

You would think a company would at least have the decency to respond to a customer who’s clearly frustrated. But nope! They seem to thrive on ignoring their customers and leaving them high and dry. I’m seriously considering escalating this situation because it’s ridiculous.

If you’re thinking about shopping here, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You deserve a retailer that actually cares about their customers and stands by their products. Thread N' Sole has lost my business for good!
