THpros Rental

I want to warn people who will rent through THpros (estate agent) that the company rips people off when one decides to move out. I moved from a smaller unit to a bigger unit in the same complex LABELA (Vaalpark, Sasolburg) in 2016 and was never refunded my deposit because they claimed i left dirty walls instead. Fast forward in June 2019 i recieved a last warning letter telling me that i owed them 3000 for the unit i left in 2016. I asked them were the initial warning was but they ignored my emails instead they threatened to ********* my name. Avoiding to be blacklisted i arranged for a payment plan. So In September 2019 i moved out becuase i had bought a house and booom i recieved an invoice again saying i owed them 8000 for the marks on the walls becuase they were trying to find ways not to refund my deposit. I asked for proof but noone is responding except them telling me that i have to pay or else im blacklisted. BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THpros rentals
