Shocking service

After three attempts to get an element for my stove, was told lies obviously to cover his bad service. Blamed it on others until I phoned supplier direct and was told this guy had never collected his order! Now to have a Christmas without an oven!! Shocking! Also worked out cheaper for me to get one direct from suppliers in PE and have courier collect than what he wanted to charge me.
