BAG SERVICE FROM GAME N1 CITY CAPE TOWN DONT BUY FROM THEM!!ELECTRONICS

I bought a microwave on the 25.01.2025 at Game N1 City on the 30.03.2025 I took the microwave back to N1 City Game for repairs the start button was not working and one of the other buttons was not working I took it in to there customer service Midea 30L Microwave silver gray, we insisted that they replace the microwave or replace it as the microwave was just over 2 months old we were told the cannot replaced it as a Technician of Midea should come out to assess it before they could make tell us if it will be credited after a heated argument they refuse to refund it and the store manager came and told us it will take atleast 5 to 7 working days before we get feedback. on the 03.04.2025 my wife was contacted and told that there is a nother customer`s microwave that is going in for repairs and our one they going us or credit us and will inform us by the 07.04.2025 about the credit note. on the 09.04.2025 I contacted the shop to find out what the hold up is and when we can collect the credit, I have been put through on my expense to get hold of customer service which is very bad I was transfered to several people and no one can assist me, eventually one of there sales manager contacted me and told me that the technician was there and the microwave is all the time in the store was wrong with the microwave I told him direct that u cannot bring in a faulty product and after 8 days there was nothing wrong with the product I insisted that they refund me for my microwave but they refuse to do so.

PEOPLE PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM THERE IS MANY PEOPLE THAT COME THERE WITH PRODUCTS THAT IS NOT WORKING AND GET TURNED AWAY THERE WAS CUSTOMERS ON THE DAY OF THE 30.03.2024 THAT WAS WAITING FOR MORE THAN 4 MONTHS FOR REPAIRS AND THEY HAVE TO COME BACK EVERYTIME TO GAME I DO NOT RECOMMEND U BUY FROM GAME N1 CITY SERVICE IS VERY BAD AND CUSTOMERS COME SECOND BEST WITH THEM. I WANT NEW MICROWAVE AND NOT THE MIDEA BRAND WHICH IS ABSOLUTE **** AND WONT RECOMMEND ANY ONE BUY THESE PRODUCTS.O
