Great experience with Thornton Tours

Thank you for Thornton Tours for assisting my girls and I with organizing a last minute trip to Sun City. I would give 5 star as the service with Thornton was great, but i am giving 4 star cause i feel the service could be improved in the future. For example, we checked in at 19h00, and we couldnt get one of your agents to assist with some information we needed. I think you should have a 24 hour emergency line for your guests. But overall I am happy and will definitely use you again.
