Thorns&Roses garden service TeRRiBle

Used this garden service recently, the first time they came everything went well. My husband explained that the previous service provider would bust windows all the time. So this time Thorns&Roses assured us this would not happen. The second time they came to clean was the 10/09/2021. The guy cutting the grass was on the right of the house while the people holding the shield nets for the windows were all the way on the left. The guy cutting was just going on and the windows were getting hit one by one. I ran outside as soon as I heard all the hits, to find him cutting one side and the guys on the other side holding up a sheild there for no reason. He continued to cut even after I told him stop...I even told the lady that supervisors them to stop. She barely made an effort to get him to stop. It was crazy...it was like I was speaking a foreign language! One bust window and 5 chipped by the time the guy stopped. The lady on site calls the owner Louis Nel, who instructs them to pack up and leave immediately. He refuses to take our calls or reply to our messages. They left the yard in a mess and didn't even finish the work. Zero responses from the owner! Who eventually sends a message that night to say that this has never happened before to other customers so were obviously lying. And that he has instructed his team to not come back to finish the work and to never come back period. He then goes on to block our numbers so we cannot contact him. Mean while we are left with a messed yard and pool, and chipped windows that we have to get repaired at our own cost. I would highly avoid using this service provider. There is nothing worst than dealing with people who refuse to take responsibility for their wrongs and further more give that type of service professionalism to their customers.
