Seeing nothing, saying nothing

<p>Patrol cars drive past my house every day, but staff don't seem to notice anything while they're on patrol. A few months ago I accidently left my gate wide open while I visited Bredasdorp. I enquired why the company did not call me to alert me, but received no response. Then, last week, my garage door was left open throughout the night. Upon this discovery I stopped Peter, the driver of the armed response vehicle and asked him to ask the manager to call me. I saw Peter the next day and reported that nobody called me. Then I spoke to the operations room and asked the person on duty to ask the manager to call me. It's now more than 10 days and the company keeps ignoring me. Is there any reason I should continue to do business with Thorburn?</p>
