Thondoni Lodge Polokwane - Terrible manager

The manager at the lodge is very rude. Paid a deposit on behalf of a friend. The friend then requested that I call and cancel the reservation as she has a family emergency which I did within the window period of cancellation. The arrogant manager has been giving me the run around with the refund. From telling me different stories everyday about how the money is tied up in the business account to accountants having to send the money back. Whereas the money was paid Into his personal account number. This manager is very rude to say the least. I don't even know how he deals with customers if he's this rude over the phone. Not once was he nice. Worst service ever
