*********** and lack of empathy

If your insurer takes your car to Thomson Autobody in Polokwane, be very worried.. my car was taken there on the 6th of August for minor repairs, a week later was informed that they ordered parts and gave me a time frame of about two weeks or so, I kept calling to check on the progress, the reception ladies are very friendly and nice

But there is this one guy who is very rude, knows nothing about customer service.. his name is Craig, when I call he kept shifting goal-posts.. when I complained he showed no empathy and actually hung up on me….

My level of patience and tolerance are running very thin considering that I have to take a week unpaid leave.
