Poor Management s****s from Thompsons Security Group

On 09/01/2019 at Phoenix Plaza Shopping Mall Phoenix Durban I parked my vehicle unknowingly in loading a bay I escorted my wife to to bank I was about 10 minutes when I got into my car and started it I realized my car was not moving the vehicle was clamped , the guards on duty referred us to the control room , where we paid a R250.00 release fee it took us 2 minutes from the control room to our vehicle when we noticed the clamp was released and no guards was in sight, On the 10/01/2019 driving to work I noticed a problem with the wheel that was clamped, I called the centre management in need of assistance I was told the manager on duty was not available I left my details still no response, I then contacted Mr Hans from Thompsons Security Group whom I explained the above in a calm manner I did mention I'm not looking for compensation or a hand out I explained my vehicle is new and this problem occured after the clamping took place , I asked for assistance for my vehicle to be sorted the response I got was from Mr Hans which was abrupt stating i looking for compensation and he ended the call , I am very upset that a leading company that has sworn an oath to protect and serve the community has no respect for other races which was very clear. This is the service we reciecve after submitting a complaint to Thompsons Security Group without no investigation. This is concerning
