pepper sprayed

this might have happened a while ago but at the time I didn't have a platform such as hello Peter to report this issue. On new years eve there was an event that took place a the pavilion and it happened to finish late so they shut down the mall, which left us not able to pay for our parking tickets or able to get to our parking I do admit that several people were drunk and started becoming out of hand but I don't understand why we ALL got pepper sprayed , being pepper sprayed is not nice at all. Maybe one day we should pepper spray you guys so you can feel how unpleasant it is !
