Labour procedures abundance

It's such a huge company that does not follow labour law and employment equity act they replaced a guy who was vulnerable and sick coughing his lungs out he reported his illness for a day just one day weress his been covering up the site at the same time he was ****** his overtime till today the guy was reliable to the company he thou he was not fully paid he worked for the company for 3 years never been sick just to be sick for 1 day which thou he reported then he was replaced which company labour procedures does this company follow how can u replace a person for reporting illness for a day
