Gross negligence

Due to the substandard service received from Thompsons Security Group, I am relieved to say that we have cancelled our contract with them. Their gross negligence cost us R293 407.43 and we are more than pleased to be in the hands of a security service provider who will do what they say, act when needed and fulfil the terms of their contract with us. Regrettably we did not manage to dodge that ball but certainly will not be doing so again in the future. At last we are able to sleep well at night.
