Winter Wonder Holiday

Wow!! Tanya Cardona from Thompson Travel was absolutely amazing and incredible in putting together our bucket list time of a lifetime experience from Livigno (Italy) for skiing 🎿 to Ivalo (Finland) to see the Northern lights to Porto (Portugal). She assisted with all the extra booking of activities and always availed herself to assist. The amount of times I changed the flights, activities , hotels etc Tanya was incredibly pleasant and patient ;always reassuring me that it was my holiday and she was there to ensure that it will be an amazing experience. After a few months of my indecisiveness and a patient travel agent our holiday was set in stone and oh my word an experience of a lifetime. Thank you so much Tanya and the staff of Thompson Travel (who stepped in when necessary) for ensuring that this bucket list experience happened. My family and children are very grateful that everything ran smoothly with no hiccups (always my worry when travelling in large family groups) and I could just relax knowing that Tanya and Thompson group was always available when I needed them
