Walk away from Pretentious Thompsons

Walk away from Thompsons! They take your hard-earned money and give bad service. My parents booked through them for a Neon tour in Turkey and had ahorrible time. Poorly organized, disrespectful, unhygienic guides, and poor rooms. No attempt to rectify issues - they dropped the calls and ignore messages saying they'll asist but then ignore. I strongly suspect their 5-star reviews here and on google are from employees and brown nosing new clients who they clearly encouraged to just signed up on hellopeter for just a good review; true reviews show the incompetence. I would love to see an authentic review on how they rectified a trip gone bad, but they don't even try or it will be absolutely fabrictaed. Not client centric and they pride themselves on *****ing your hard eared money and bad karma follows Thompsons. Save yourself the hassle and loss. Look and book elsewhere with other companies. The real reviews are the ones with low ratings don't be mislead.
