Unfair fee
we has a weekend booked at Sun City for 1st May, we have been forced to cancel due to the lockdown and in order to adhere to government regulations. We requested Thompsons Holiday refund is for our booking as we would not be allowed to travel. We have been charged a R350 admin fee. We didn’t cancel because we wanted to but because we were forced to. Will not recommend or book with them in future.

06 May 2021, 08:21Dear Tina Thank you for your review, we provided an option of travel vouchers, where you would not incur any cancellation costs and you could move your weekend trip to Sun City to a later date, if you cancelled there would be a cancelation charges as per our T&C's Warm regards Wendy
