********* and Dishonest service

I had booked my holiday on the 21/06/2021 and paid it without the agent booking it, the next morning I had to cancel it this was less then 12 hours and I was told to still pay an admin fee of R250 which I was fine with as long as my refund was done. It is not the 06/07/2021 and I have yet to recieve my R7000 refund. I have recieved excuses and promises but still nothing is paid in my account. Please do not trust these people as they will rob you blind and take your money. Their service is pathetic and the *********. DO NOT USE THEM. WENDY is the CEO they are dishonest and still charge you for work they have not done. Terrible travel agency
