Thompsons Holidays will not phone you back

I have received an email from Thompsons about a weekend holiday special that's a very good deal but you have to book and pay for it within 24 hours.<br> <br> I responded immediately to the email, saying that I'm interested.<br> <br> After no response on my email, I phoned the call centre. The lady said that she will phone back with an answer on available dates but she never did.<br> <br> The next morning I phoned again and talked to someone else. She also said that she'll phone back and email quotes but she never did.<br> <br> I then received a response to the email I sent the previous day and rep**** to the email that I would like a quote. <br> <br> I still haven't received a reply and the deal expires in two hours.<br> <br> This is not the first time that Thompsons holidays just didn't respond.
