Thompsons Holidays

Firstly...I would like to share my review about the person who was assisting me (Ms Paula De Caires). If it was not because of her five-star customer care/service (support, answering all the questions, her patience, timely feedback e.t.c) I would have not booked our amazing trip through Thompsons. Reasonable and affordable package, arrangements/instructions were simple and easy to follow until everything was finalised. Transfers were also smooth. Our Driver Dian (excuse my spelling if wrong) was on time and very friendly. There we no hiccups at all except that at the hotel our sleeping arrangements were not honoured, and we wasted time sorting out things at the reception.

One suggestion: Please, if possible, include packages with some excursions/ share options or perhaps make two quotations including one with excursions.
