The most helpful travel agency ive ever used !

I contacted many travel agents before deciding on Thompsons travel for my trip to Thaliand for a sporting event. I had decided to chose them since their support and knowledge of the area I was excellent. The agent from Thompsons that was assisting me, Bheki Ngubeni, was excellent in every way. From planning flights, to chosing hotels near where I needed to go and also finding specials to keep the prices low. He is also extremely pleasant and optimistic over the phone. Once I arrived in Thailand, Bheki was still able to assist me with making sure I had transport to intemediate airports. I had no problems at all with any of his hotel recommendations and the transport partners he used. Will definately use Thompsons travel again, I very highly recommend you try them too.
