Tanya at Thompson's is the Best Agent Ever

Hi Tanya We had an amazing time other than some slip ups at the NH hotel in Munich, in which they could not open the assigned room and then after about half an hour gave us another room but with twin beds. The location of this hotel in Munich east was also way too far from the center, which is where we spent most of our time at the Christmas markets. Frankfurt, Cologne and Berlin fared much better and we were thrilled with the entire experience. Definitely a big bucket list tick for me. Thank you as always for getting us
