Smooth sailing in the end

We chose Thompsons to plan our first holiday away as a couple. We had a wonderful, effortless holiday. The accommodation that was chosen and the area that we stayed in were both incredible - it was such a relief to know that airport pick-up and drop-off were taken care of whilst visiting a foreign country. Additionally, it was arranged for a tour guide to visit us and to assess our needs during the holiday - this was we were put in touch with someone reliable and we had the luxury of planning a tour schedule with the guide. Thompsons pulled through in the end but I do have to add that it wasn't all smooth sailing - at a point during the planning stages it felt like we had to constantly remind the team to tend to our request and there were a few hiccups once payment was made. That being said, our agent Christine was lovely and worked magic to make sure we were able to go ahead with our vacation as planned.
