Shocking service from Thompsons Travel

I am shocked at the service from Thompsons. I honestly thought it was rated better and decided to try it. I was very wrong I called in to enquire about a ****et special they had and havent received feedback despite emailing and calling the person i dealt with. Perhaps my business is not needed
