Sharon Jammine at Thompsons Holidays

I had the pleasure of working with Sharon Jammine at Thompsons. She planned my holiday with the precision of a marksman. I informed her of the place and the duration and she handled everything thereafter. I may not have been the best client as we changed the dates and did not respond in a timely manner but this did not deter her commitment to providing me with a perfect holiday. She arranged everything; flight, transfers and accommodation. Luxury, comfort, timeliness, safety are just some of the words which come to mind describing the holiday. Considering the holiday was for 2 women travelling alone she ensured that the transfers to and from the holiday destination (Sun City) was with a reputable company and the vehicle was of the highest class. The driver was waiting at the gate when we arrived with no delays. Norman was a brilliant and safe driver and could drive to Sun City blind-folded. When we arrived at Sun City he had all the documents on hand at the entrance and there was no need for us to fumble around looking for our documents. On check-in at the accommodation there was no hiccups and a room was available to us immediately even though we were 2 hours early. When we departed Norman was on time and waiting in the lobby for pick up. The itinerary had everything clearly marked (dates, time, instructions, reference numbers etc) which made life much easier.

Overall we were thoroughly happy with the service provided and I will be using Sharon at Thompsons again for all my future holidays.
