Experience has been very down low. Decided on a nice holiday for my wedding and purchased everything which my relative have done so as it was a gift so on a different name. I get a flipping call stating that they can't but have to downgrade my package. I what the flipping hell. I've asked for a refund and tried to negotiate but no luck I've kept getting transferred to each flipping damn department. Last person, I spoke to what a Byrone Andrews or whatever this *********** persons name is from the Cape Town Branch. Absolutely useless person to talk to think he needs to go back to school on how to deals with customers. If I had to see him face to face we would have a really **** encounter from me.
