Poor customer service and lack of accountabily
Extremely disappointing experience with Thompson's. They booked the wrong ticket for me and didn't confirm the details. When I brought this to their attention, they refused to correct their mistake or help me. Poor customer service and lack of accountability. I would never recommend their services. Terrible service and dropped calls.
