Outstanding Client Care - thank you a million times!

Allow me to congratulate Thompson's travel on excellent client care! I booked a trip for 8/eight to Thailand and Bangkok in 2019. It was a 7 seven night stay in total. However, due to the COVID Pandemic that hit the world, we had to postpone our holiday. Special mention must be given to Shonray Goliath, Wendy Schultz & Paula De Caires who went beyond and above their duties to accommodate us. Unbeknownst to us, we extended our holiday with a year with the hope that the pandemic would be over! Lo and behold, we could not fulfill our dream vacation yet again because of this awful virus. My team and I then decided to opt for a refund, with the hope of getting "something" back. Let me tell you....Wendy and Paula were stars! They refunded our accommodation (for both Thailand & Bangkok) without any hesitation and promised that they would do their best to get us refunded for our flight tickets as well. I prepared my team to expect the worse and that we must be grateful for whatever refund we could get from the airlines (due to penalties). My oh my, we were shocked! We were refunded so generously and we are so grateful to these 2 ladies, whom I know pushed for us! There was never a day that they were grumpy or shoved me away with an unwillingness to handle my query with the many many questions I had. This is what you call professional service deluxe! We are so grateful to have had the pleasure to work with Thompsons and we will most certainly be making use of them again! Wendy and Paula, thank you for going the extra mile in making my life and that of my team members, so easy. Thank you for your care, kindness and compassion and for making me, the client feel like a queen! You ladies rock!☺ May your company grow from strength to strength and may you continue to fly that flag high! I salute you with much appreciation.
