Our initial experience with one of the agents was not that great

Our initial experience with one of the agents was not that great. My fiancé dealt with a gentleman (I don't know his name), who did not provide us with the type of holiday, budget etc that we asked for. He was also very timely wit his responses. I then started to work with Dashenka Naidoo, and she was just absolutely amazing. From my 1st enquiry she was on top of things. She provided me with everything that I've asked for and answered all my questions. Within a matter of days our vacation was organised. I really had such a pleasant experience dealing with Dashenka and know our holiday will be one to remember. I can really recommend her to anyone.
