Requested a trip via their mail channels on the website Received a response from Christine Frayne Half the items I requested where not accommodated and majority of what was quoted was entailed further payments or effort on my side What is the point of a travel agency if it’s not one stop I should rather just book my trip myself

There was absolutely no customer centricity I wasn’t even called or explained but rather sent a meaningless mail with no value to what I requested if that’s the treatment I get as a customer I definitely will not be using them for an international trip
