If not for Tanya, we'd be lost

I can't talk highly enough for Tanya. She has booked many trips for us, and as much as we chop and change, and ask for more options, she's always willing to go past the extra mile, with such a great attitude. I can imagine that Tanya runs in circles to make things happen but in the front, she's calm and collected, always keeping us updated. There was a time where my kids and I were stranded without flights after a covid isolation period and whilst there were no seats for another 10 days, she still managed to make things happen, at around 11pm. I can't elevate her enough :)
