Sandra from Thompsons Travels did a wonderful job booking very nice hotels in exactly the right locations for us (we had only limited knowledge of local conditions) at a great budget. She was also very helpful in keeping us updated on any changes before the trip, providing additional info and re-booking flights when the airline changed their schedule.
