Flight vouchers and accommodation vouchers

<p>I have never been so disappointed with the service I'm experiencing with Flight Center and Thompsons Travels. <br />You go to an agency to assist you on finding your dream vacation, you get pressurized to make full payment on your holiday assuming your holiday will be secure and holiday excitement can set in. However that is not the case in my situation. <br /> <br />I was was pressurized to make full payment for a holiday to Mozambique, I get told I would receive my vouchers the following day. Week goes by and I didn't receive my vouchers to queuing the matter I get told the flight was cancelled. So we moved our holiday up by one day as we were never informed that this airline can cancel flights schools the airline not be full. However during the time of pressure to make payment was to secure our flights and so that we wouldn't miss our seats. I receive my flight vouchers to a week later again I query on where my accommodation vouchers are. To get told again that the flight has been cancelled however we can only choose 4 nights or 6 nights option. However we did pay full for a 5 night stay at the resort in Mozambique. Should we cancel this trip we would only get refunded on air fair and we wouldn't be full refunded on the day that we would loose out on. <br /> <br />The communication between flight center (Lindelwa Mdluli) and Thompsons travels (Antoinette Samuels) is lacking and they making my problem to choose paying for an additional nights stay or loosing a nights stay. It's ridiculous that that they can't work on a connecting flight or change the dates for this vacation. These travel agents are awear of the flight changes yet they fail to notify their client that I have to keep querying where my vouchers are. My holiday is 3 weeks away now and I still have no confirmation and feels as though this holiday won't happen and these flight agents don't care that I will loose out on a holiday cause it's not their money that they wasting.</p>
