My feedback on Chantelle Fernandes (Thompson Travel) assistance in arranging my recent holiday is excellent. She has really gone the extra mile in making my holiday more memorable. Even at the last minute, when the airlines changed my return flights, which would have resulted in an extra long delay on my return journey. However, Chantelle ensured that my return flights were not disrupted by the airline and arranged a more suitable return journey.
