Fantastic Service!

I enquired online to 1 of Thompsons Ads, viz Tantalizing Thailand. I received a quick response via email from Tanya, thanking me for my enquiry & opportunity to assist with a quote. As this was our first international trip (mother + niece) I was nervous with the process, ie electronic communication & parting with money to someone I haven't met! Well, shortly after confirmation, a call from a very friendly Tanya came thru. She spoke me thru the transaction to date & to follow, eg travel insurance. A complimentary half day tour & travel agent would also be available to meet us on the other side. Well, Tantalizing Thailand started from the time we boarded Singapore Airlines! We were met by a friendly rep of the agency @ ****et Airport with a personalized & welcome package from Yvonne @ Diethelm Travel @ the hotel. Everything as laid out by Tanya & Yvonne transpired to the T, ie right down to a pic of the shuttle that would pick us up for the tour. These little gestures just made this holiday not only an unforgettable holiday but also an experience of a lifetime. I'd just like to take a minute to thank Tanya & Yvonne for their contribution to our Tantalizing Thailand experience!
