I sent an email to Thompsons Travel to enquire about the booking in September. Tau rep**** with immediately, and gave me all the information I needed, was so excited that I had to change the date to June my holiday. I went to Sun City, I couldn't believe my eyes. It was like I was entering a palace. My kids when we came back were crying they wanted to go back. I have never had a holiday like this in my life. I want to say thank you so much Tau Ratseke for even calling when I was there just to check on me. I am very happy, Thompson Travel they must never loose you, I will tell all my friends and family and we only need you to book our holidays. What a professional and excellent service . I don't have words to thank you enough. I have troubled you a lot sending emails after emails asking thousands of questions but you always answered immediately. Thank you
