Dissatisfaction and disappointment with Thompsons Travels

I am utterly disappointed with Sharon Jammine, a representative of the above company who has rendered the worst service ever. She is delayed in her responses/replies. I had to ask for confirmation of payment etc. She sent out an incorrect invoice to me expecting me to pay more just prior to me leaving on my holiday, appears to be *********** and not knowledgeable. Upon calling her to explain the confusion, she is talking whilst I am talking and I had to stop her and say one person at a time please. She stated emphatically that she has a number of clients to deal with. Sadly, not even an apology was tendered by herself. She appears not to be a people's person and the tourism industry is definitely not suited for her. I had to end the conversation as she rambled on. I will never again use Thompson's Travels. This is a sad statement as I have used them often before even through Pentravel. It is indeed sad that Sharon had to bring this company into disrepute at this time when the tourism industry has suffered such losses.
