Changing flight
Good morning<br> <br> Please don't change flights once you have booked through Thompson. Travelling to Durban and had to change the flight from Lanseria to Durban. Charged met R900-00 to change the one leg... Could have bought a return ticket myself... But not allowed...<br> <br> Be careful of changing although unforeseen circumstances.<br>

There are unfortunately occasions when travellers need to make unforeseen changes to their itineraries.
The charges that then arise are from the airline and not from Thompsons Holidays.
This is explained in our standard terms and conditions: ' If you wish to make a change to your booking we will endeavour to assist you to make the change wherever this is possible. You will have to pay all charges, whatever kind, imposed by the suppliers ...'
