Brilliant Company - By far the best in SA

I contacted numerous travel agencies to help plan my trip to Italy for my family of five. I was quite shocked by the terrible service that I received from most of them. Thompsons however were excellent in every way. Paula was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. She was very prompt, and unlike many agencies I contacted, she did what she said she was going to do when she said she was going to do it. She offered good and helpful advice, answers numerous questions, and helped guide us on our first trip overseas. We had an absolutely wonderful trip! Everything was organised well, and we were very happy with the hotels Thompsons found. I was also very impressed with their prices. I compared them with quite a few other agencies, and they were definitely the best. All in all I was very impressed with this company, and would not hesitate to recommend them. In my opinion they are the best travel agency in South Africa.
