Amazing service

We received such great service from Tanya Cardona from Thompsons Holidays. We initially booked a trip to Zanzibar but due the Covid-19 and then Mango we had to cancel the trip. Because we still wanted to make the trip happen we asked Tanya to give us some local options and she delivered! We had an amazing time in Franschhoek and Paternoster and did everything from wine tasting to a helicopter flight, a side car tour (which was definitely the highlight of the trip), spa day and horse riding on the beach. The accommodation booked was lovely and the staff was always helpful and professional. We never felt unsafe in these uncertain times as as all hotels and staff adhered to the Covid-19 regulations. All and all fantastic service. Big shout out to Tanya for ensuring that everything went smoothly on our trip. Thank you!
