Thompson Trading

On 3 Dec I paid a deposit (refundable) but did not purchase anything. The lady told me the money would be paid into my account within 7 days.<br> In Jan when the money was not refunded, I called them, sent my bank statements and was promised it would be resolved.<br> Its now Feb, 2 months and many calls later still with no refund. I was told it's the bank's fault.<br> This seems to be a very ********* way of doing business and taking peoples money.
