We booked a family vacation for 10 people which costed us over R 200 00 for an all inclusive 5 star holiday for 3 families for 8 days. We landed in zanzibar just to find out our hotel burnt out. Our travel agent didnt even have the audacity to inform us the taxi driver did. We drove around the entire day looking for accommodation just to be dumped in a ****TY star hotel that could not cater for us. The next day we were moved to another hotel that was not equivalent to the amount we spent. And the travel agency keep assuring us they would sort this out. Today is ouR 4TH day in zanzibar and we still pushed from pillar to post witout proper accommodation. This is pathetic and unacceptable. Thompson tours and dream holidays keep bull****ying us when they finish eat the commission. NATASHA OTTEN SHOULD BE FIRED AS A TRAVEL AGENY- SHE LIES TO CLIENTS AND LETS HER CLIENTS BE STRANDED IN A TAXI THE WHOLE DAY AND DOESNT DO ANYTHING TO GET US WHAT WE PAID FOR. ALL WE WANT IS OUR REFUND OR MONIES WORTH BUT WE GET NO FEEDBACK FROM HER. WE HAVE TO BE INCONVENIENCED BY HER BULL****. SHE DROPS THE CALLS WHEN WE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD WAITING FOR HER CALL. SHE TOLD US OUR MEDICAL AID WOULD PAY FOR COVID TESTS . JUST TO FIND OUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. WE LOST 3 DAYS TRAVELLING FROM ONE ****TY HOTEL TO THE NEXT. IS THOMPSON TOURS/ DREAM HOLIDAYS /NATASHA OTTEN A **** TO THE PEOPLE SPENDING OVER 200 00 RAND AND GETTING THE OPPOSITE TO WHAT WAS PROMISED. I WANT THIS TO BE SORTED OUT AND PREPAREd TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION WHEN WE BACK IN SOUTH AFRICA. This happens to too many people and my family should not be a statistic to these travel agencies who wants to be a money making organisation. NATASHA IS USELESS. ILL MANNERED AND WE HAVE PROOF OF CONVERSATIONS WHERE SHE LIES TO CLIENTS. I am pregnant and she has no consideration wit children part of this trip. Worst agent to deal with.
