False advertising

I bought a travel destination from fomo travel to hazyview hotel. On arrival I was given a quad room. I'm travelling with my kids how would I want a quad room. Tafàdwa told me that we will be getting an inter led room as assured me that it will be a hotel. I wanted to cancel or change the trip but was told I will forfeit my funds. We arrived on friday. What a disappointment. This place is not a hotel it's a lodge. We slept in a thatch room which was filthy on top has spider webs and a gecko which was popping all the time on the bed. I had to ask that the room be cleaned. The beds are very old. Not comfortable at all. I have a back problem so imagine the pain I'm in. Food and staff are friendly but this place is not a Hotel it's a lodge of 2 stars for 4500. I regret trusting fomo travel and will never advise anyone to take this trip. It's a disaster. The tv channels are limited. Today there's a lot flying bugs coming in the room from the thatch. I asked for doom and it's been 30min waiting for it. No microwave in the room. The extra blankets are dirty. I can complain all day. All I want is for fomo travel to reimburse some of my money as this is not what I signed up for. If I knew I was going to bring my family for vacation to a lodge I wouldn't have paid for it. I requests a Hotel not a Motel. False advertising and refusing to refund me. I paid for this trip January and only traveled December. Asked for a refund several times and was refused. Ask for change of trip and was refused. Remove me from your data base after refund me please
