Poor Service

I placed amd online ordered for an item which was listed as available immediately. I had to follow up only to find out the item was in fact not even in stock. The item was sourced locally and i advised i needed this by Thursday as this is a birthday gift. The item was meant to be sent already for me to receive this today. ONLY TO FIND OUT THIS HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SENT. WHAT A WAY TO LOOK LIKE AN IDIOT TODAY EITH NO GIFT TO GIVE. I NEEDED THIS! ONE ALSO NEEDS TO BEG FOR FEEDBACK. DO NOT BUY FROM THOMAS SABO ONLINE!!!!!
