Thomas refrigrators in South Africa

Very bad service. I had them fix my refrigerator and i was promised that the fridge will work + a 2 month guarantee should anything happen. However, 3 days later the same issue occured and when I requested the repairmen to come back as we have a 2 month guarantee, they made excuses. I escalated to the boss and he said he'll come fix it himself. Its been a terrible service and i lost R1500 to this compant for nothing. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS COMPANY. THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU'LL STILL BE STUCK WITH A BROKEN FRIDGE.
