Over R1,000 labour per hour charged

I had 6 outside deck lights connected to a switch. The two guys were here for less than 4 hours. During the connection they damaged my wall and did not inform me. The total cost for labour was R4,519.87. I went to Thomas Electrical personally in December 2017 to query the invoice and they said they would let me know. Heard nothing from them until last week when I received exactly the same invoice again! Phoned them this morning and spoke to Suzette, who first informed me that their guys had been working at my place for a whole day. When I rep**** this was nonsense, she said she'd have another look and then told me yes, they had made a little mistake and the labour was actually 4 hours. I have asked them to send another invoice, but will NEVER use them again. This is actually *****...
