Poor service

Thomas Earnshaw sell interesting watches they are supported by Wilberrys in South Africa, my watch arrived with a damaged strap and many months later Wilberrys could not get a strap out of Earnshaw. I wrote to them and they promised a response within 2 days, more than a week later a day 2 mails still no response. Very very poor service.
