Fleecing of customers by Thomas Cook india

<p>Recently i paid online on 17 march 17 Rs.99975 for buying foreign currency for travelling to US. After receipt of amount, the company asked me to produce proof of return journey ticket also whereas as per law even immgration does not insist for return ticket but only oral statement on tentative stay. As a result of thomas cook's misguidance i had to cancel the booking of FC buy. When i asked for refund, the company says it will take 7 working days to refund it. So my money is wrongly being misutilised by a reputed company like Thomas cook india. This is how corporate companies in India cheat prople. Beware.</p>
