Bad service

Went to Thomas Cook in Reading on Saturday 4/11/2017 to send money via Moneygram to South Africa. Filled in the form and indicated Send to Bank Account and provided the relevant info as well as the name of the person receiving the funds. Was told it would take 10 minutes. On Monday contacted the same agent who informed me it ws sent direct to person. And then at an ecchange rate of 16.255435 to the GBP! And having to pay £10.90 for the service!!! What a ripoff!!
