Unpleasant owner!

The lodge on it's own is 4 star,rented the house with my girls and it was a bliss. We enjoyed every minute of it. Just minor things to look at,but none the less everything went well.

Now the problem faced is getting back our damage fee. The owner by the name of Lynette is not intending on giving back our refund,nor responding to our calls,WhatsApp texts as well as our phone calls. We booked on the 29th November to the 1st of Dec 2024 till take we haven't received our refund back.

That's the only negative but the place was awesome. Cons could be:jacuzzi worked on the first night only,stove wasn't fully functional. We booked 5 bedrooms but only got four rooms and we weren't informed during our bookings.So we literally had to make a plan for sleeping arrangements.
