No Delivery of Tombstone since Oct 2021

We have been waiting for my Grandmothers tombstone since October 2021, now it's April 2022, they promised to install the Tombstone on the day of the funeral, then they said after 6 weeks, and everything was paid in full, they just taking advantage a lot of families are try to get through the passing of their loved ones, but they just add to the stress, we still awaiting our refund.. I'm even considering to call Skhipha Ama files to expose them.. THOLO IN MAFIKENG
